We're okay with beautiful, half naked women all over the media. That's fine. But we want to create something that balances it. We want to establish a balance in order to contribute to gender equality. Because equality doesn't need to be boring. On the contrary - it can be incredibly hot. ;)
That's why we shoot attractive men, print their pictures on t-shirts and wear guys on tops.
All our t-shirts are sustainably produced and made of organic premium quality material.
To further support women, for each top sold we donate
CHF 5.- to the Desert Flower Foundation that fights to end female genital mutilation.
Equality matters.
In our opinion gender equality is not only a women's concern but the responsibility of all individuals and society. We believe that there are many different ways to contribute to this cause.
We like to do it in a humorous and sexy way. So, while we appreciate that women are generally seen as the fairer sex, we think that men also have something to offer. We want to turn the tables and, for a change, not put the beauty of women (as it is done all the time) but the attractiveness of men at the centre of attention.
At guysontops, we turn this idea into a fashionable piece of clothing.
Stop female genital mutilation.
It’s important to us that our work goes beyond the symbolic support of women and contribution to equality. We want to help women, where they need it the most.
From our point of view female genital mutilation (FMG) is one of the worst things that can happen to a girl or woman. Not only does it violate the rights of freedom and equality but the very core of human rights, the right to self-determination. The physical consequences of FGM are disastrous and needless to say that FGM is also highly likely to cause significant and lifelong psychological damage.
This is why for each t-shirt sold we are going to donate CHF 5.- to an organization that works towards preventing FGM from happening to females as well as cares for the affected: The Desert Flower Center Berlin offers reconstructive surgery as well as gynaecological, urological and psychological care for FGM victims.
Sustainable fair fashion.
All our tops are produced under sustainable and fair conditions. No guy had to freeze during the photo shoot. But seriously, we only offer fashion from organic premium quality material.

All our garments are certified by the following labels:
GOTS is recognised as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres. It defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire organic textiles supply chain, including restricting the use of chemical substances and requiring compliance with social criteria.
OCS Blended applies to all goods that contain a mix of organic cotton with other material.
The OCS 100 tracks the purchase, handling and use of 100% certified organic cotton fibres in yarns, fabrics and finished goods through the use of transaction certificates for factories that don’t yet comply to the GOTS standard.
Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) is an independent nonprofit organisation working with companies and factories to improve labour conditions for textile and garment workers. FWF tracks the improvements made by the companies it works with. And through sharing expertise, social dialogue and strengthening industrial relations, FWF increases the effectiveness of the efforts made by companies.
OEKO-TEX¨ Standard 100 Class II is a globally uniform testing and certification system applying to raw materials used in textiles, intermediate and end products, at all stages of production. Textile products may be certified according to OEKO-TEX¨ Standard 100 only if all components meet the required criteria without exception.
Locally made.
guysontops tops are all made in the Zurich area. While our current t-shirt supplier is based in Belgium, all the photo shoots and castings took place in Zurich and Winterthur. The tops were all handprinted in Zürich Altstetten.
Every top is unique.
For our first 500 supporters, we thought of a special gift. This is why each label of our first 500 tops has a different personal handwritten message on it.
